The apartment was built by VMD PROMET company in year 1998.
It has six bedrooms, sizing 189 square meters (accounting size, including terraces over 200 square meters), with depositary and garage sizing 18,63 square meters.
The building is contained of cellar apartment, ground, first and second floor and the attic.
The apartment itself is situated mostly on the second floor (approx 125 square meters) where as the rest is located in the attic (approx 80 square meters). Therefore the building has four apartments and three owners due to the fact that the ground floor and the cellar apartment are held by the same owner (one floor equals one apartment).
